I started Take2 Healthcare nearly 30 years ago for the sole purpose of providing holistic natural wellness solutions for common health concerns in Dayton, Ohio and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Van D. Merkle is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has practiced Chiropractic Healthcare in the Dayton, Ohio area for over 40 years. A Diplomate on the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition and a Diplomate on the Chiropractic Board of Internists, he is also a member of The International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists.
Dr. Merkle has been host of the live, call-in talk show “Take2 Healthcare” formerly known as “Back To Health, Your Guide to Better Living” for over 30 years and frequently speaks to local groups and professionals around the country. Dr. Merkle was the Keynote speaker at the Integrative Oncology International conference in Seoul Korea 2019.
